PHASE 2

The second phase is action focused to drive continuous improvement & includes:

Weekly one-on-one 30 minute coaching call with Collision Advice to review repair center’s KPIs and focus on areas of opportunity.

Monthly coaching sessions on: Estimatics, Customer Service, Financials & Leadership.

In-person performance group meetings (3 per year).

Ongoing technical & operational benchmarking.

Hands-on, instructor-led, technical skill development programs (for CSRs, repair planners & technicians).
